MONO CAFE + OFFICE HUB

The purpose of this project is to create a building with a suitable typology that solves the site and social issue within the area. Mono Cafe + Office hub is a buffer space that provide relaxation along with flexible working ethics. The concept of metanoi is implemented in the design process and strategy of the spaces. It takes the existing users into consideration along with the public that can be invited into the site as it mainly a commercial area with office departments. With this, workers are often discourage to stay and would leave the area when during off work hours.
