Background: This is a picture I took while visiting Shoshone Falls in Twin Falls, ID.

Photoshop Skills Used: I used an curves, exposure, and brightness adjustment layer as well as a text layer. All after cropping my image to remove some unnecessary blurring on the right side of the photo.
