Adèle Lemoine

Welcome to my website!

I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Vienna Institute of Demography of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris Dauphine, PSL.

Using empirical methods, my research explores how public policies, social norms and parenthood shape gender inequalities. My current work focuses on the introduction of co-parent leave in Austria.

I am currently visiting Yana Gallen at the Harris School of Public Policy (UChicago) until end of April!

This picture was taken by Sonja Spitzer in front of the Österreichische Postsparkasse, a former postal savings bank designed by Otto Wagner. Nowadays, this building hosts several research institutes, including the Austrian Academy of Sciences. The Postparkasse is open to the public: feel free to visit if you are in Vienna!
