I first met Hildr when I traveled to Asgard, accompanying Thor. She is still as beautiful as the first time I saw her. However, during my time in Asgard, I was betrayed by Odin and Thor, respectively. She was the only Valkyrie and the only one in Asgard that came to my aid. Earning her title of The Rebellious Valkyrie.

She took me to the realm she safeguards, Vanaheim where I encountered others but we found ourselves alone more often than not. I revealed my true nature to her and explored a possibility that I did not believe could exist. I... entrusted myself with her. I told her about my true nature and then the Valkyrie and The Black Swordsman made love.

I later found out what this connection we had so deeply was. We both were greeted by The Wicked Sisters who spoke in rhymes and riddles as they are one to do. They explained that Hildr was connected to me and I to her. That we were bound to meet and have these feelings. While it did not change how we felt about each other, happenstance did.

We were besieged in Vanaheim by Thor, Odin, and Heimdal. Confronted with a choice, I attempted to stay in Vanaheim but I was gravely wounded. She threw me into the Bifrost, sending me tumbling back to "Midgard". I regret leaving. I should have stayed.
