A Warm Line is a peer support line that offers free, confidential emotional support for individuals facing behavioral health and family support challenges. Warm Line staff are professional with lived expertise who have either obtained the Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) credential or are working towards obtaining it.

Veterans can either call the phone number or email for interest in the program. One of the therapists will call to complete the intake followed by scheduling the first appointment.
