Services range from legal advice to drafting legal documents to presenting legal workshops. Court representation is also offered in family, housing and consumer matters. In addition, CCLA offers assistance in safety planning, such as preparing guardianship of a minor agreements or power of attorney for property forms.

The YWCA Medical and Criminal Justice Program helps to reduce the trauma and help with the healing process. Advocates will provide emotional support and information during the medical and criminal justice procedures to sexual assault survivors, non-significant others, and non-offending family members. Legal advocates provide support through police and court proceedings.

All services are free, confidential, and offered to anyone who is or has experienced domestic violence, which includes men, women, and children.
Shelter provides a safe and supportive environment for women and their children to heal physically and emotionally. Every woman entering shelter develops a plan with her primary counselor. This plan is used to outline goals and the steps that must be taken to reach those goals; for example, finding safe housing, exploring employment opportunities, arranging for childcare and transportation needs and accessing available legal protection. Services include Emergency Crisis Shelter, 24/7 Hotline, DV Crisis counseling for Adults and Children, Case Management, Court Advocates to assist with orders of protection, Victim Advocacy, Prevention & Education Services, Group Services, Community Education & trainings.
