END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Addicto.ai ("Licensor") for the use of the software product Addicto: Ai Art Generator ("the App"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. RESTRICTIONS:

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.

• Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software or any rights under this EULA.

• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

The App and any accompanying documentation are owned by Licensor and are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted in this EULA.

4. UPDATES:

Licensor may provide updates to the Software. Your continued use of the Software after an update signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

5. CHANGES AND FEES:

Addicto.ai reserves the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Addicto.ai will make it clear to users before charging for any services.

6. PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

Addicto Ai stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it may compromise the security of your device and the proper functioning of the Addicto Ai Art Generator App.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

9. GOVERNING LAW:
