(15 Min) No-Sew Pattern: Easy Side-Velcro Panties

Easy Side-Velcro Panties

The design was made by a tracing a pair of simple panties with added waist coverage and side velcro closures (Size S-M). The resulting style is between a bikini and a brief.

The Pattern

🔗The pattern is free and prints on two letter-sized papers. It's a mirror-half pattern; just cut and tape along the crotch line then you got the "right" pattern (Right-half pattern).

What you need

How-to: The no-sew instructions

✂️Just cut out and add velcro closures🥳

For our StopWaste project, take an old T-shirt and fold it in half to find the middle.

Put the pattern on one side and hold it down with something heavy, like your phone. Cut around the pattern carefully.

2. Cut the other side

Then, flip the pattern over and do the same on the other side to get the entire panties in one piece.

Remember, no sewing needed – just don’t cut along the fold of the T-shirt!

3. Add the side closures

Finally, Stick on Velcro strips to close sides, according to your liking with 2 pairs of strips on each sides! I like the 3/4 inch x 2 inch strips.

4. Examples

It's a simple pattern,  you can really free style on how you fix your closures. don't need to feel limited by the instruction!
