Hello, my name is Adan Espinosa Jr and I am a realtor with Realty Masters & Associates, the most innovative real estate firm out there. I currently service all of the Inland Empire. I love every aspect of the business, especially customer service because this isn’t just a real estate business, it’s definitely a people business. I’ll always give you 110% effort on any deal!

Since I've started real estate I've surrounded myself with the best in the industry. My first year I worked with Century 21 Lois Lauer, a business that has weathered several recessions and most of their realtors have been with the same company for over 15 years. Here I've learned how a successful real estate company can thrive in every market. My second year I joined a small team with an agent who's also a contractor. Most of his transactions were homes that he flipped, and most of my transactions came from open houses on those flips. It was a great experience to work with someone like that, because I learned a lot about the investment side of real estate. I helped the team sell 4 flips. I realized there was much more I could learn from a team that strictly did real estate and worked to join the #2 team in riverside county. Here I learned the difference between a hobbyist and a real estate professional.

I’ve recently graduated from Riverside City College to get my AA degree in Social Behavior Sciences and now I’ve earned a bachelors degree in business finance. I became a realtor because I love to compete. I always want what’s best for my clients because CLIENTS COME FIRST!
