Location
The workshop will take place in the seminar room of the Centre de Mathématiques Laurent Schwartz (CMLS) at École polytechnique, in Palaiseau.
The buffet on Thursday evening will take place in the garden of the CMLS (subject to weather conditions).
Venue
The campus of the École polytechnique is located on the Saclay Plateau, in Palaiseau. The CMLS is located in Building 6.

Instructions for getting to the CMLS:
If you are staying near Palaiseau, you can take bus 4606. You may ask your hotel reception for the nearest stop.
If you are staying in Paris, we recommend taking the RER B to Lozère station, and then walking up to the campus by climbing the stairs. It is good for your health! In this case you can follow the route on google maps.
You may also try other routes or combinations of public transportation. In all cases, once you arrive on campus, you may need to walk around several buildings, as access to some areas is restricted and requires a badge. We do not recommend entering buildings unless you know how to get out :)
Access to the CMLS
Access to the CMLS requires a badge. We will be watching the two entrances in order to let participants in. We recommend arriving a little in advance rather than just a few minutes before the first talk. Coffee will be available while you wait outside the seminar room.
On public transportation
You can buy tickets for metro, RER and bus tickets on your smartphone, and use your phone as an electronic ticket by enabling NFC. To do so, you need to download the Île de France Mobilités app.
Metro/RER tickets are different and bus/tram tickets are different. If you plan to take bus 4606, you will need bus tickets. It is not possible to buy the tickets on board.
You may also buy tickets from the automatic machines in train and metroc stations. Make sure you have enough tickets, and of the appropriate type, for your whole trip. For instance, if you plan to take both the RER and a bus, you will separate tickets for each.
Special fares apply for trips to and from the main airports.
