At the northern end of both MA 75 and MA 159, I missed the sign for MA 75 SB. Construction sign for I-91 posted near Big Y and McDonald's in West Springfield, the construction has (thankfully) been finished since then.

Approaching the end of MA 147. Signs in the first pic are fine, but the second pic sees US 5 incorrectly mistaken for the nonexistent MA 5. Last pic is also half wrong, as according to MassDOT route logs, MA 147 ends here and does NOT continue east across the Memorial Bridge into Springfield
