Research Request Policy:

• ACGS Members are entitled to one free research request per year.

• A donation of $10.00 for the first hour of research, plus postage and copy fees per research request is required from non-members and must be included with the research request.

• A legal sized Stamped and Self-Addressed Envelope (SASE) must be included with the request.

• Since research is done by unpaid volunteers, research requests should be limited to that which can be done using Adams County sources.  At the discretion of the current genealogist, research can be performed outside of Adams County but within the Denver Metro Area.

• Photo copies made by the genealogist will be reimbursed from the funds paid by the client.

• Genealogist will be reimbursed from the funds paid by the client for mileage based on the current IRS Standard Mileage Rate.
