Adam Ferrari is a native of Chicago, Illinois. As a student, he pursued a degree in chemical engineering and graduated magna cum laude. He then worked on the business side of the energy sector where he gained experience in both finance and investments.
These fields soon proved to be extremely important as he looked to shape his future. Adam decided to fully utilize his experience as a chemical engineer with a business focus as he founded his company Ferrari Energy, which focused on acquisitions that aided land owners in better managing their energy assets.
He was intent to provide as many jobs as possible and secured top talent to expand Ferrari Energy into a 40 employee team that worked together like a family. He fought for benefits and single handedly pushed this initiative forward against the advisement of board members and consultants because providing for his employees was of utmost importance..
Through his leadership and the passion of his team they were able to provide over 2,000 land owners divestment and lease opportunities on their respective lands. Always fighting to give land owners the most value for their acreage, Ferrari Energy quickly rose within the industry with their top dollar proposals to many landowners - making it difficult for competitors to match. Adam coming from a small community in the suburbs of Chicago was not raised to value materialist or monetary rewards but he was brought up to fight for those that had smaller voices up against larger corporations that may not have their best interest in mind. Living humbly despite his company's success kept Adam consistently grounded to his faith and family.
Adam’s father was a former police officer that worked for the people. He put his family first and encouraged his family to honor their faith and cherish each other and those around them. Unfortunately he suffers from paralysis which limits his ability to be physically present with Adam in most situations but has encouraged Adam to give back to communities that uplift individuals with disabilities. This is why he is an active supporter of Next Steps of Chicago, an organization that supports people living with paralysis. Under his leadership, his company also made annual donations to nonprofits in Denver, where his company is based, and Chicago. These include Next Steps, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Freedom Service Dogs, Denver Rescue Mission, and Coats for Colorado.
