About Me

I am a successful academic with 5+years experience in teaching and research. I teach and mentor undergraduate students in the field of geology with the hope to impart quality knowledge targeted at producing graduates who will become global competitors; adding value to our university and the country at large.

I grew up in Southeastern Nigeria, where I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Geology from Tansian University, Umunya, Anambra State in 2011. During this period I had joined Nigerian Geological Survey Agency (NGSA) and National Geohazards Monitoring Centre, Awka (NGMC) to study the Geology of some parts of Southeastern Nigeria. Upon the completion of B.Sc. degree, I have worked with Cross River State Water Board Limited and Lilleker Brothers Limited before proceeding to the University of Calabar in 2018 where I worked an Assistant Lecturer.

I earned my Mater's of  Science degree in Geology (Petrology and Geochemistry) from University of Calabar in 2021.

Currently, I work as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Geology & Geophysics, University of Wyoming, Laramie, USA. My goal is to become a professional in the field of geology, leading in researches and mentoring both undergraduate and graduate students.
