ANMF's 10-point plan to end violence and aggression

Our Director, Associate Professor Jeff Shao, and Manager, Dr Ruby Ma, along with two colleagues from Deakin University, collaborated with Eastern Health to investigate effective strategies for enhancing resilience among healthcare professionals, including those working in residential aged care units.

We have extensive experience collaborating with a diverse array of organisations, such as the Aged Care Industry Association, the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation, Baptcare, and Eastern Health, among others.
