ACURE exists to promote collaboration, to facilitate sharing of ideas and resources, and provide professional support for Urology residency coordinators.
The Association of Coordinators in Urologic Residency Education (ACURE) mission is to establish and promote a standard of excellence among Urology residency coordinators.
Organize and implement educational sessions for coordinators at the annual Society of Academic Urologists meeting and other meetings as directed by the Steering Committee
Provide leadership opportunities for current Urology coordinators
Host monthly professional development sessions
Provide educational resources and forums for coordinators studying for the TAGME exam
Facilitate mentorship between new and seasoned coordinators
