Please note that we recently made some changes to our online schedule to comply with the new EHR that we use in our practice. We appreciate your help during this transition. You will need to create a new account with a username and password to use Jane’s appointment. Make sure you receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment.
In addition, you will also need to fill out the “New Patient Form” before you come to your appointment, even if you are a return patient. The form will come to your email after your appointment is confirmed.
Please work with us through the transition time; it takes some effort, but things will be much easier after that.
