We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our policy seeks to balance client flexibility with compensation for operational logistics and the time reserved for our therapists:

1. Cancellation with Notice: You may cancel your appointment with a maximum of 3 hours' notice. In this case, a refund of 80% of the amount paid will be issued. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover platform operational costs and administrative expenses.

2. Rescheduling: You may request to change the time of your appointment at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.

3. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel with less than 3 hours' notice or fail to show up for the appointment, 100% of the amount paid will be retained for lost earnings and logistical services rendered.

It is the client's responsibility to provide truthful information regarding recent surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, or chronic pathologies during the pre-massage interview. Acuatromanos reserves the right not to perform the massage if the therapist identifies a medical contraindication that poses a risk to the client's safety.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Be respectful and do not ask your massage therapist for a "happy ending" or any other "extras" sexual service. Our services are strictly professional, carried out by certified therapists. Therefore, any kind of massage that includes genitalia stimulation is against our company policies. Any sexual innuendo will be reported to local authorities. ACUATROMANOS is operated by women who are passionate about combating women abuse and sexual exploitation.
