What is Organized Stalking/Gang Stalking

“Gang Stalking, Organized Stalking, Group Stalking, etc” refers to the intense, long-term, unconstitutional surveillance and harassment of a person who has been designated as a target by someone associated with America’s security industry. 

Federal agents, intelligence/security contractors, private investigators and vigilantes may engage in organized stalking harassment. These entities often work on behalf of corporate clients and public and private elements of America's security industry.

A person who becomes targeted will face campaigns of surveillance and harassment of different degrees and generally speaking campaigns that negatively impact an individual. This could range from campaigns to harass, discredit, sabotage, instill fear and paranoia, manipulate, extort, or even assassinate; among others.

Tactics include – but are not limited to 

Slander

Blacklisting

Mobbing: Intense organized crowding in the workplace

Black Bag Jobs: Residential break-ins, also known as “illegal entries” 

Abusive phone calls, computer hacking, framing, threats, blackmail, vandalism 

Street Theater: Staged physical and verbal interactions with minions of the people who orchestrate the stalking

Directed Conversations: Staged conversations within earshot of a targeted individual, in which very specific repeated references are made to what the targeted individual was saying, doing, or thinking in private.

Noise Harassment: Staged events that create noise, timed so that it can be heard by a Targeted Individual and begins or ends right as the TI is beginning or ending something they are saying, doing, or thinking.

What is a Targeted Individual? 

The phrase "Targeted individual" is often shortened to TI. 

A targeted individual is a person who experiences frequent organized stalking harassment.

What is a Perp?

A perp is an agent who works for some regional implementation of the organized stalking system. They may engage in street theater, mobbing, directed conversations, vehicular harassment, illegal entries, spreading slander, sabotage, they may present themselves as TIs with the intent to harass real TIs, and may burn people with microwave weapons.

Most targeted individuals experience one or more of the following: 

Remote Neural Monitoring (or RNM): Technology that can reconstruct what a person is thinking, visualizing, viewing, or speaking by detecting and processing electromagnetic emissions from the brain, at a distance.

RNM is often used to harass a TI by making specific, repeated, references to what one is doing, saying, or thinking through audio media (e.g. radio, streaming audio, audio files), visual media (TV, streaming video, video files), print media (books), street signs, conversations with people, internet news headlines, internet comments, social media, etc. [1][2][3][4][5][6]

Voice to Skull (or V2k): Technology that can project sounds so that only one person can hear it. 

V2k is often used to project voices and conversations into the mind of a TI anytime they are awake. Some TIs hear someone narrating what they are looking at, some hear multiple voices, others hear insults and explicit conversations. 

Often TIs are misdiagnosed as schizophrenic because of V2k. [7][8][9]

Directed Energy Weapons (or DEW): Technology that can heat parts of the body to the point where it creates burns on the skin, it can also be used to vibrate different parts of the body, it can create tingling, pinprick, and other sensations and sometimes it is used to move parts of the body. [10] 

Some TIs are exposed to these weapons while asleep and wake up with burns on their skin. Sometimes the technology is used to stimulate certain very sensitive parts of the body. 

Some TIs are subject to chemical attacks in the form of gases directed onto their property.

I found this very informative posting on the alt.mindcontrol newsgroup, very well researched post with 178 references to published scientific papers regarding V2k, Remote Neural Monitoring, and other forms of electromagnetic manipulation of biological tissue, including ultrasound, etc.

Do a text search for: Target Tracking Technology

It will explain how non gps tracking of humans is performed and provides patents to these technologies. This may be how TIs are tracked even in remote areas!
