With a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, alongside a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology, and certification as a yoga instructor, Dr. Sathya combines real-world experience with academic rigor to foster personal and professional growth.

His professional journey includes roles at the University of Malaya, as well as research fellowships at two top Asian universities—National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. This extensive background, combined with his experience in business, enables Dr. Sathya to offer enriching, interdisciplinary insights that resonate with diverse audiences. Major (Retd) Shamyl Shalyzad brings over 30 years of distinguished military leadership and human resource development expertise. Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Development at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), his research focuses on implementing learning organization concepts in Malaysia's public higher learning institutions. Holding a Master's in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong, Australia, combined with extensive military command experience, he effectively merges strategic thinking with practical leadership.
In his roles as Vice Commander of the 51st Royal Artillery Regiment and Staff Officer at the West Field Army Command HQ, he exhibited exceptional capabilities in training development, organizational learning, and strategic planning. His extensive experience spans managing international military collaborations, leading bilateral training programs, and developing comprehensive training frameworks across ASEAN nations. With significant expertise in human resource management and broad exposure across the Asia-Pacific region, he delivers impactful organizational development solutions. His core strengths lie in strategic planning, crisis management, and fostering team development through innovative training approaches.
Sangeetha's biggest drive in life is to spread compassion and bring positive change to others regardless of their background. She is a graduate of B.Sc in Biochemistry from Universiti Putra Malaysia with extensive experience across various fields including healthcare, finance, marketing, volunteering for social services, and training individuals across all age groups and backgrounds. She has taught indigenous community, university students, school students, underserved community and IPTA lecturers to create impact. With her experience in training individuals on Soft Skills, Digital Skills, Artificial Intelligence, Health and Wellness, Public Speaking and Reading, she empowers people to progress and develop themselves while unlocking their potential. She believes that each individual has their own learning pace and interest. Thus, she offers personalized guidance and support for them. Ng Jun Bin (Jeff Ng) is a Master's graduate of the University of Malaya and currently works as a Marketing Associate, OEM APAC at QIAGEN Biotechnology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and as a freelance journal editor at a multinational publishing company.
An experienced writer, communicator, and marketeer, he has previously joined numerous organizations, including Toastmasters and BiomedKL to enhance his soft skills and personal development.
His current role as a marketing associate enables him to put his skills into practice as he is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies and managing organic content for various social media channels administrated by QIAGEN's OEM APAC team. His recent role as a freelance editor also develops his skills to the next level, allowing for quick and concise decision-making within a limited time period.
His past accolades include being awarded as the first runner-up in the Toastmasters Area W3 Evaluation Contest and second runner-up in Universiti Malaya Toastmasters Club Humorous Speech Contest back in 2018-2019, served in various leadership roles in these non-profit organizations, and awarded as best poster presenter in an academic conference organized online on June 2020.
