How has the ACTS Retreat impacted your life?
ACTS has impacted my life in multiple ways. My first ACTS Retreat and serving on an ACTS Mission Team in San Antonio changed my life with introducing me to Agape Love, Adoration, Theology, and especially my devotion to the Divine Mercy message. Those early retreats planted seeds that hadn't bloomed until later on in my life, yet I took them with me through the many moves across the country.
Feeling doubly blessed to find ACTS Retreats return to my life, after my husband's retirement from the military; I can't express my gratitude enough to Fr. Dave & the many other priests who have engaged their parishes in ACTS Retreats. ACTS Retreats coming to Ohio has again had a major impact on my life, coming at a time when I needed Community beyond words and has permitted me to live a life of Service to others. Jesus I trust in you...
Favorite Saint:
My favorite saint is hard to narrow down to one saint, though my Patron Saint is St. Therese (my middle name). That said I also have an affinity for Sts. Padre Pio, Rita, Pope John Paul II, etc.

How has the ACTS Retreat impacted your life?
The ACTS Retreat and subsequent teams and activities provided me with a new understanding of community on the parish level as well as with individuals. I have also been inspired by how much individuals involved with ACTS are willing to sacrifice in order to grow in their faith and share it with others.

How has the ACTS Retreat impacted your life?
Prior to making the ACTS retreat my prayer life was stagnant, I was in a rut. The ACTS retreat
opened me up so that my "Adoration" of our Lord has become more about a conversation with
God as opposed to merely reciting prayers. Before ACTS, I only had a small group of church
friends, the ACTS retreat vastly expanded my "Community". I now have so many new ACTS
brothers and sisters that I know are praying for me and supporting me in so many ways. ACTS
has led me deeper into "Theology". I now look for more scripture reflections and Catholic
articles, helping me to know Jesus Christ more intimately. While I was active in many parish
ministries over the years, my "Service" has taken on a deeper meaning, I feel closer to our Lord
when I become the servant of others, it’s not just something that I do.

How has the ACTS Retreat impacted your life?
ACTS has had a profound impact on my spiritual life and my faith community. Having served on multiple teams, on ACTS Core and now on ACTS Chapter, I have deepened my faith life and forged new, meaningful relationships with my ACTS brothers and sisters. Jesus has called me to share my gifts by serving in different ministries at my parish. He has opened doors for me to learn how to pray more genuinely and to serve others more willingly.

How has the ACTS Retreat impacted your life?
So many ways! Most importantly helped to grow my faith by giving me a community of sisters and brothers who encourage, motivate, and inspire me. My involvement in ACTS has helped me to be a witness of faith to friends, coworkers, family, and my own children! Through ACTS I have seen so many lives forever changed by the power of the Holy Spirit!
