Serving our ACTS Community

The Cathedral ACTS Core Team is a dedicated group of parishioners who work together to foster a vibrant ACTS community rooted in Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service. Through prayer, leadership, and faithful service, they support our retreats, encourage ongoing faith formation, and help build a welcoming parish family.

Priest 

Fr. Michael O’Reilly

Providing spiritual leadership and pastoral guidance to the Cathedral ACTS community through the celebration of the sacraments, prayer, and faithful accompaniment.

Facilitator 

Titi Kila

The Facilitator oversees the Cathedral ACTS Ministry, supports the Core Team and retreat leadership, promotes the mission of ACTS within the parish, and helps ensure that every retreat and community event reflects the values of Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service. 

Co-Facilitators

Rogelio Aguirre  & Socorro Watkins

Assists the Facilitator in supporting the Core Team, retreat leadership, and the ongoing growth of the ACTS community. Partners with the leadership team to foster community, mentor retreat teams, and strengthen the ministry through faithful service.

Spiritual Companion 

Terri Brawner

Provides spiritual encouragement, prayer, and guidance to the Core Team and retreat leaders, helping keep Christ at the center of every aspect of the ministry.

Finance 

Nancy Fairbanks

 Manages the financial stewardship of Cathedral ACTS, ensuring transparency and responsible care of resources that support retreats and ministry activities.

Communications 

Shawna Hernandez

Coordinates communications, social media, website updates, and promotional materials to keep the parish informed and connected with Cathedral ACTS.

Social Events Coordinator -

Andrea Goodenbour

Plans community gatherings, fellowship events, and celebrations that strengthen relationships within the Cathedral ACTS family.

Supply Support 

Oswaldo Barajas & Diana Amador

Coordinates retreat supplies, equipment, and materials needed for weekend retreats and ministry events.

Assists with organizing, maintaining, and preparing supplies to support Cathedral ACTS retreats and community activities.

Retreat Support 

Ryan Jimenez & Ruth Amaro

Provides logistical support, planning assistance, and guidance to retreat leadership teams to ensure successful retreat experiences.

Works alongside retreat leadership to coordinate preparations, hospitality, and team support throughout the retreat process.

Music  Ministry 

Jaime Elizaldi & Joyce Ballestero 

Leads and supports the music ministry by helping create prayerful and uplifting worship experiences during retreats and community gatherings.

Serves alongside the music ministry, using the gift of music to enrich the liturgy and inspire retreatants to encounter Christ through worship.

Our core meeting is quarterly. We have ACTS-sponsored activities every month.
