Actly AI is a productivity and anti-procrastination app developed by EdenApps.

User content:

- Text written by the user, such as blocks, goals, or tasks they want to start

- In-progress sessions

- Free AI actions used

- Premium status, if applicable

Technical information:

- Information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the app through Firebase services.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

- Create and manage user accounts

- Save user progress and history

- Generate AI coaching responses and micro-actions

- Allow users to resume unfinished sessions

- Manage the free usage limit

- Improve the reliability and security of the app

- Provide user support

3. AI Processing

When a user writes a block, goal, or task, this content may be sent securely to OpenAI through Firebase Cloud Functions in order to generate a coaching response or micro-action.

Actly AI does not use user content for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

Actly AI uses third-party services to operate the app:

- Firebase Authentication, for account creation and login

- Cloud Firestore, for saving user profiles, sessions, history, and progress

- Firebase Cloud Functions, for secure backend processing

- OpenAI API, for generating AI coaching responses

These services may process data only as needed to provide the app features.

We do not sell user personal data.

We do not share user data with advertisers.

We do not use user data for third-party advertising or tracking.

User data is kept as long as the user account remains active or as long as needed to provide the app features.
