1. 'Active Weather 2' fetches your current location from GPS or similar technology, by your consent, to provide weather and air quality information for your location automatically when the app first starts.

2. The location information is then retained on your device in the local cache of the application to improve performance for subsequent sessions and is not collected or transmitted by me in any way.

3. Location information can be deleted anytime using the 'Clear' button on the settings page of the application.

4. This application requires an active internet connection to fetch weather and air quality data from third-party service providers, and internet is not used for any other purpose.

5. This application doesn't store, use or transmit any other information that can be used to identify the user, besides the ones mentioned above.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
