Features of the Action Item List:

By setting tags for the action item list, you can search for minutes that match those tags and automatically list the action items in that minute. In this case, action items are displayed in the order of their keys.

Based on the "color display setting" for action items, each line of the action item can be displayed in different colors. For example, rows with the status "Late" will have a yellow background, while rows with the status "Done" will have a gray background.

Tag System:

Multiple tags can be set for minutes and agendas, allowing for instant search and display of related content or participants.

You can group tags with category tags. For example, you can set up tags like "Ongoing Project > Project 1".

Using Action Item Keys:

Assigning unique keys to each minute makes managing action items easier. For instance, if the minute is the first record for "Project 1", you could set the key as PG1-1. As you add action items to that minute, they would be numbered PG1-1-1, PG1-1-2, etc. If the key for the next minute is PG1-2, the action items will start from PG1-2-1. The action item list collects these items and displays them in order, so effectively using the action item keys makes it easier to grasp where each action item was set.
