LEADER’S ROADMAP: From Training to Deployment

Step 1: The Commitment (The Workshop)

• Action: Register for the Active in Christ Workshop.

• Goal: Move from "Passive" mindset to "Active" mindset.

• Key Takeaway: Define your personal Servant Profile and Relational Map.

Step 2: The Bridge (The Group Transition)

• Share the Vision: Use the "Huddle vs. The Game" analogy. Tell them you want the group to experience the joy of being used by God.

• The "3-Minute Story": Encourage your members to begin drafting their testimony (Life before Christ, meeting Christ, life now).

• Identify the "Who": Have every member write down three names of people in their lives who don't know Jesus. This is your group’s collective "Mission Field."

Step 3: The Deployment (The Action)

• Identify a Group Project: Based on your group’s unique gifts, find one local need to meet this month.

• Sow the Seed: Challenge every member to have one spiritual conversation before the next meeting.

• Use the Tools: Utilize the Deployment Follow-Up Form to track how the Holy Spirit is moving in your group’s daily lives.
