How to Delete Your Account

To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Active Tracker app.

2. Navigate to the Profile Page.

3. Scroll down and locate the Delete Account option.

4. Press the Delete Account button.

5. A confirmation prompt will appear; confirm your request to proceed with deletion.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our database to ensure your privacy. The following types of data will be deleted:

• Email

• Name

• Phone Number

• Locations

• Images provided by the user

Just so you know, no additional retention period applies. Your data is completely erased immediately upon account deletion, ensuring that no personal information remains stored within our system.
