How to Activate AT&T for eSIM Devices
Follow these simple steps to activate your AT&T eSIM quickly and securely.
Att activate will send a QR code or activation email once your plan is ready.
This code contains your eSIM profile a digital version of your SIM card.
On your phone, go to:
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan
Android: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM
Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code provided by Att activate.
Your phone will automatically detect the AT&T profile and start installing it.
Once scanned, your phone will begin downloading and setting up your Att activate eSIM.
This process may take a few minutes depending on your internet connection.
After installation, your device will ask to confirm the new plan.
Tap Confirm to finalize the Att activate eSIM process.
Restart your phone to allow the Att activate eSIM to register properly.
After reboot, your device will show signal bars, confirming successful activation.
If you’re a prepaid user, you can still activate AT&T for eSIM devices using these steps:
Go to Att activate
Choose Prepaid → eSIM activation
Enter your ICCID (eSIM number) and IMEI (device ID)
Select your prepaid plan
Make the payment online
Scan your QR code to finish setup
Want to keep your old number? AT&T lets you port your number during eSIM activation.
On the activation page, choose Transfer my number.
Enter your current carrier details.
Att activate will port your number and send a confirmation email once completed.
