This microsite will also include a registration form for participants to fill out. We will design the form to capture all the necessary attendee information, ensuring a seamless registration process. The microsite link can be shared with participants, allowing them to access the form easily and submit their details online.
Excel Data Submission from Various Sources: If you have already collected registration data through sources like Google Forms, web pages, or other platforms, we offer the option to submit the data to us in Excel format. You can share the Excel file containing the registration data securely with our team. We will then process the data, perform necessary verifications, and issue event invites based on the provided information.

Sending Invites/Emails: Using our mail servers, we can send invites and emails to participants on your behalf. The emails will be sent mimicking your event name with replies sent to your chosen mail id, maintaining consistency and professionalism. Our system will generate unique QR codes and include them in the invite or email for seamless check-in and identification during the event.
QR Codes in Invites/Emails: Each invite or email will contain a personalized QR code for each participant. These QR codes will be generated securely and linked to the attendee's registration details. The QR codes serve as digital tickets, allowing for quick and efficient check-ins and enhancing event security.
Spot Registration Option: In addition to pre-registration, we provide the option for spot registration on the event day. Participants who haven't registered in advance can still attend the event by registering at the venue itself. Our system can accommodate on-the-spot registrations, capturing necessary attendee information and generating QR codes for immediate access.
Session Tracking
To enhance the tracking of breakaway sessions and event amenities, we offer the option to incorporate QR codes on printed badges. These QR codes can be scanned to monitor attendee participation in different sessions and to facilitate various aspects of the event, such as goodies distribution and lunch management.
Breakaway Session Tracking: By including QR codes on printed badges, participants can easily check in and out of breakaway sessions. Each session will have a unique QR code assigned to it, allowing attendees to scan their QR code upon entering the session hall.
