Shitanshu is an EdTech and learning scientist at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. After receiving Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, he worked as a postdoctral fellow at the Computer Science department at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, USA. His research interest include synergistic learning of STEM and CS, Computational thinking, Open-ended computer-based learning environments, Complex decision making and problem-solving, Collaborative problem solving, Student question-posing, Multimodal learning analytics.

Prajish is a senior PhD student in the Interdisciplinary Programme in Educational Technology and is part of the Computing Education Research group. He draws inspiration from learning sciences, software engineering and computing education literature for his research. Prior to joining his PhD, he worked as a software developer and also as a computer science instructor in Mumbai.

Lakshmi is a senior doctoral research student at the Educational Technology programme at IIT Bombay. Her primary research interest involves understanding novices' process of software design and development of technology-enhanced learning environments for teaching-learning of software design. Prof. Sridhar Iyer is her advisor. Before joining the research programme, she has spent 3 years teaching in a private engineering college, undergraduate computer engineers subjects such as software engineering, programming, and operating systems. She also has ~6 years of experience as a software designer and tester in Indian IT firms such as Wipro Technologies, Teradata, MindTree Ltd.

Pankaj Chavan is a research scholar in the Interdisciplinary Program in Educational Technology at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay). Before joining the PhD programme, he has worked as Assistant Professor in Mechanical engineering. His research interests lie in Teaching and Learning Analytics, Teacher Reflection, Student Feedback, Eye-tracking and Biosensors, and Rural Education Research. His doctoral research involves the design and development of a feedback model to collect real-time student feedback and provide it to teachers through a teacher dashboard for refinement and improvement of the lecture-based pedagogy. He has conducted faculty development programs (FDPs) on varied topics such as flipped classroom, online teaching, active learning, use of ICT in education. He is also working on some additional projects such as ‘Implementation of Challenge Based Learning (CBL) framework in rural schools in Maharashtra’ and ‘Use of eye-tracking in spatial thinking research’.
