Collaborative Center for Action Research- This will be a "living textbook" which you should return to for each step in the process of doing action research.
Academic Writing for Graduate Students, Essential tasks and skills (Second Edition).
These books will be read this first semester and reread throughout the year. We will focus on the first part of the books this semester, learning what action research is, why and when it's valuable, and how to do it in your local setting. By the end of August you should have a plan in place.
