Assistant SecretaryNational Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)Sarah Lynne Salvador Daway-Ducanes is Assistant Secretary for the Policy and Planning Group of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA). She is on secondment from the University of the Philippines School of Economics (UPSE), where she is an Associate Professor and from which she also obtained her BS Economics degree (summa cum laude) in 2003 and MA Economics degree in 2005. She earned her PhD Economics from the University of California Riverside in 2012. Her research interests include macroeconomic theory, monetary theory and policy and selected topics in development economics. She has published on topics involving Macroeconomic Theory, Financial Development, Poverty, Growth and Inequality.

MR. LEON BELL
Principal, Streeton Primary SchoolVictorian Principal Association StateCouncilor, AustraliaMr. Leon James Bell is currently a Substantive Principal in the Streeton Primary School, and Thornbury Primary School in Victoria, Australia. He was became a State Councilor in the Victorian Primary Principal Association. He graduated his Bachelor's Degre in Teaching Primary at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with his major studies in Drama and Music. He earned his post graduate studies in Charles Sturt University with Graduate Diploma of Education, Monash University with Graduate Certificate of Bilingual Education and University of New England where he completed two years in Bachelor of Arts (Japanese).
DR. FIAZ NADEEM
Assistant ProfessorIslamabad Model College for Boys, PakistanDr. Fiaz Nadeem is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Biology at the Islamabad Model College for Boys in Islamabad, Pakistan. Before his current work, he was a teaching fellow in the College of Education at the University of North Texas, where he also earned his doctorate in educational leadership.
Dr. Nadeem graduated with a bachelor's degree in Education focusing on School Administration, and Teaching Biology and Chemistry as well as a Master of Arts major in Educational Planning and Management at the Allama Iqbal Open University in Islamabad. He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Science with majors in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from the Government College, Lahore, while his Master of Science in Botany is from the University of the Punjab, Lahore.
Moreover, his publications include his PhD dissertation, "Community participation for the improvement of the educational system in Pakistan," and various textbook of Biology.
DR. SUGUNA P. RAJAGOPAL
Former Lecturer Teacher Education Institution, MalaysiaDr. Suguna P. Rajagopal is a former faculty of the Institute of Teacher Education Ipoh Campus, Malaysia teaching literature and English Language. She has been a master trainer for teachers of literature and English and a supervisor of play production and drama.
Dr. Rajagopal has also participated in various workshops conducted by UNESCO in South Korea and is an alumna of the 14th Asia Pacific Education Centre of Education for International Understanding in Seoul, South Korea.
