Congratulations on earning your state’s Award of Excellence — an outstanding achievement! You now advance to the Region V Awards. The Region V Awards process includes two key components:

Step 1. Application Transfer to the Region V Awards Portal

• Your application will move from the State Awards Portal to the Region V Awards Portal.

• Your state awards representative will ensure your information is correct in the awards portal and move your application forward to the region.  For applicants from Arizona or Hawaii, the process varies slightly. In those states, your state awards chair will guide you through the required steps.

Step 2. Complete and Submit Your Video Interview

• Submit your video interview using this link: Submitting Your Interview

Both steps—advancing your application in the portal and submitting your video interview—must be completed by March 1, 2026.
