Stage Gore On a Budget
Facilitator: Hope Hargrove (ASU Beebe)

Discover the basics of creating realistic wounds for film, television, or stage. This hands-on workshop will guide participants through the process of building wounds using a variety of makeup mediums, including both latex and latex-free alternatives. You will have the opportunity to experiment with different brands of theatrical makeup to see and feel how they compare. Whether you are a beginner at special fx or looking to expand your skills, join us in exploring gore makeup techniques that can provide the most for your next project!

ACTAA Professional & Ethical Standards of Conduct Review
Presenter(s): Zackery Tucker, 1st Vice President (ASU-Beebe)
Location: Meeting Room 1
Early in the Spring, the Executive Council asked Zackery Tucker, 1st Vice President & Dean of Student at ASU-Beebe, to draft a more comprehensive standard of conduct document for the association. This session will review for membership input a draft document that has been prepared. The document is a modification of the National Debate Tournament’s, a unit of the American Forensic Association, Conduct Policy (Rule 1.C Standing Rules for the Operation of the National Debate Tournament, December 2022).

Committees are encouraged to schedule a time during the dinner break, to meet any handle any important business required for Fall Conference reporting. Committee chairs will provide QR codes for PD credit to members who participate in committee work.

ACTAA Executive Council will meet over dinner in the hotel boardroom to discuss key action items for the conference and Saturday's General Membership Bussiness Meeting.
