Act of Congress is a folk-rock band based in Fairbanks, Alaska. With heavy inspiration from artists such as Jim Croce, Big Thief, and Radiohead, Act of Congress' music features intimate lyricism and sick instrumentals.Â
Act of Congress is made up of lead singer and songwriter Zoe Foshee, singer, songwriter, and guitarist Daniel Cheney, lead guitarist Asa Edwards, bassist Madelyn Guffey, and drummer and percussionist Zach Williams.
