I'm a fifth-year graduate student from Pomona, California, conducting research in the Ready Lab on the total synthesis of perylenequinone natural products. When I'm not in the lab, you can usually find me at a concert/DJ set, out for a run, in the gym, or trying a new restaurant around Dallas. 

Bhawyanth Duvvuru 

Vice-President 

I’m a 4th year graduate student from Hyderabad, India, and my research in the Smith Lab is concerned with the total synthesis of some intricate Lycopodium alkaloids such as annotinolide B. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies and going on walks. 

Jihan Schepmann

Secretary and Director of Treasury 

I'm a third-year graduate student from southern Oregon. I am currently working on synthesizing proteosome inhibitors for the treatment of malaria in the Ready lab. In my free time, I enjoy going for runs, reading, and baking. 

Jordan Martinez 

Director of Event Planning 

I am a third-year graduate student from Bastrop, Texas, and a member of the Tambar Group, where I study asymmetric catalysis. I love research and find organic chemistry to be one of the purest expressions of beauty in science. When I’m not wearing my lab coat and gloves or reading total syntheses, you can usually find me relaxing with friends or out on the disc golf course.

Swapnamony Ganguly 

Director of Marketing and Media Relations 

I am a third-year grad student from Kolkata, India, and work in the Tambar & Siegwart lab on the development and application of PROTACs. Outside of my research, I love reading and movie-watching.
