ACROPOLIS (Global country-to-country exchanges of anthropogenic ozone pollution and the associated health burdens) is a research project funded by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation within the framework of the "4th Call for H.F.R.I. Research Project to support Postdoctoral Researchers". It aims to estimate the impact of each country's anthropogenic emissions on ozone levels and the resulting health effects in other countries worldwide. The project is hosted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is led by Dr. Dimitris Akritidis, supported by an advisory board comprising Prof. Andrea Pozzer from the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry and Prof. Prodromos Zanis from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
