On the occasion of World Environment Day on 5 June 2022, the Acropolis campus calls for tree plantation and other environmental related programs around the campus.
The goal of the program is:
Cleaning and beautification of contaminated sites inside and outside of the Acropolis premises.
Plantation and registration of vacant places.
Election and transfer of Voluntary Guardian for the protection of trees.
Finalise food sites for unprotected animals and birds.
Finalise the toilet area for pets.
Implementation of the rules and responsibilities.
Prescribing penal action for contravention of rules.
Program Timings:
4 June 2022 (Saturday) from 8 am to 12 noon:
Cleaning of the premises and adjoining areas.
Selection and arrangement of location and plants for plantation.
Selection of site and arrangement of materials for the construction of food and sanitation sites for animals and birds.
Nomination and system of registration.
Formation of committee and determination of their responsibilities for the welfare of animals and birds.
Refreshments and meetings.
5th June 2022 (Sunday) from 8 am to 12 noon:
Prayer and tree plantation.
Creation of food and sanitation sites for animals and birds.
Determination and registration of custodians of trees and their obligations.
Implementation of the rules and responsibilities.
Prescribing penal action for contravention of rules.
Setting goals for the coming year.
Refreshments and thanksgiving.
It is requested to all the residents of Acropolis campus to cooperate wholeheartedly in this program with body, mind, money and to purify the environment of their campus. To make this program a success, the cooperation of animals and birds and forest and environment lovers is especially required.

Dear ABC Family,
We Love You !
First of all, we would like to thank all those members who are cooperating with the Managing Committee and paying bills on time. We are trying to improve our services with your kind support and blessings.
On the other hand, It has been observed that even after several reminders and even placing Notice on the ground floor some of the members are neither paying the electricity charges to the builder management nor paying the society maintenance fees on time.
Every month the builder disconnects the electricity due to non-payment of electricity dues by members and society management has to plead in front of the builder management to reconnect the electricity just because we members don't face inconvenience. Following are the domino effects happening due to these financial crises.
MSEB regularly adds Interests and fines on bill amount.
We couldn’t release the vendor's payment on time. It’s decreasing our negotiation strength with them.
Already we have a shortage of funds to manage basic services like, Intercom, CCTV, Hygiene, Pet management, etc.
Our society manager is overburdened with such meaningless work like threating calls by members and door-to-door visits.
Society management has to unnecessarily spend hours answering calls of members and explaining to them the situation as to why there is no electricity once it's disconnected even after giving reminders and forwarding notices. Society manager visits door to door for a reminder informing members to clear their electricity dues but there are members who don't even open the door and some say that Society Manager is disturbing their privacy.
This puts Society management in a bad position as we are not able to negotiate with the builder management on other society matters or when we talk to them in favour of our society members. We all know that there are many pending items to be sought out with the builder in regards to society matters and we all need to cooperate and work amicably to resolve the pending items.
We hereby request those members specially who do not reside in the society or who have rented their flats to please check their outstanding amount whenever the list is published in the group and pay your dues on a timely basis.
Just because of the immature behaviour of a few members, all of us are suffering in every way.
We would again request everyone to check the list of pending dues which is circulated in Society WhatsApp group and pay your pending dues at the earliest.
