Dr. Armstrong received his B.Sc. in the United Kingdom and his Ph.D. in Australia. He has conducted research in Australia at the University of Tasmania and in the United States at the University of Iowa. He is currently an assistant professor at Syracuse University where his research focuses on uncovering the mechanisms of cardiovascular dysfunction and identifying novel biomarkers to improve the assessment of cardiovascular health.
Mona is a PhD student studying Exercise Science. She is particularly interested in identifying factors that influence vascular health, investigating underlying mechanisms and developing novel methods to predict cardiovascular events.
Tatum is majoring in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. After graduation, she plans to attend medical school, with the goal of becoming a pediatrician.
