As with any home, there are, unfortunately, rules which need to be adhered to to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and general safety

Please note the following:
All guests are required to provide their SA ID or Passport or Driver’s license on arrival and to complete and sign our Indemnity Form.
Check-in from 14h00 and check-out is 10h00
Please notify us if you plan to check in after 17h00 so we can make the necessary arrangement.
On departure, please leave your keys at the office or key at the gate. If you depart later than the check-out time, without prior arrangement, you will be charged and held liable.
Smoking
We regret NO SMOKING is permitted in any rooms. A designated smoking area is outside each room at the coffee table. Should we find that a guest smoked inside a room, the deposit will be retained.
Internet
Free WiFi is provided. Password is displayed in the room.
Security
Your security is our priority. The property is protected by an electric fence and we also have surveillance cameras at strategic places. Please report any suspicious behaviour and take care of your valuables.
Noise
Please be considerate to other guests. From 22h00 to 6h00 noise should be kept to an absolute minimum.
Visitors
No visitors are allowed to accompany our guests to their rooms under any circumstances. The communal area are available for entertaining visitors.
Liability
We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded.
Guest’s information
Personal information will only be used, disclosed and retained for the purpose for which it was collected unless the individual has otherwise consented, or when its use, disclosure or retention is required or permitted by law.
R500 key & breakage deposit is payable on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key & breakage deposit has been paid. This deposit is refundable by bank within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the room has been checked and all found in order. A cleaning fee may be deducted from the key & breakage deposit should a room be left with excessive dirty dishes and/or linen or any other unsatisfactory state. Please furnish us with your banking details prior to departure for the refund.
Lost key or damage to locks
The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of RlOO for lost keys and R500 for lock replacement to be paid immediately.
Refunds
There will be no refunds for early departures, for breakdowns of air conditioner, heater, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather and /or other conditions over which the house owner has no control.
Guest Amenities Policy
We kindly ask that all guest amenities, such as hand wash, toiletries, towels and linen, remain in the property for the enjoyment of future guests. Should any items be taken or removed, the cost of replacement will be charged in full. Rooms are furnished with a TV with DSTV, safe (keys at reception), microwave oven, coffee station and a bar fridge. Laundry can be arranged.
Fire
Fire extinguishing equipment is located at various points and the Lapa near the Jet Pool.
Meals
Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 8:30am during weekdays and 8am to 8:30am on weekends. Please notify reception whether you will be having breakfast and what time will be convenient.
Should you require dinner, please notify reception prior. Braai packs and braai facilities are also available.
General
Guests that do not respect these basic rules, will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refund.
