Acival Pro ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Acival Pro mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address, name, and profile photo when you create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
- Project Data: Project details, tasks, work packages, financial entries (planned values, actual costs, earned values), and progress information that you enter into the app.
- Photos: Images you upload as progress evidence for work packages. A maximum of 2 photos per work package are stored (before and after).
- Purchase Information: Subscription status and purchase history managed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
- Usage Data: App interaction data to improve the user experience.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Acival Pro service
- To manage your account and subscription
- To generate project reports (PDF and Excel)
- To sync your data across devices via cloud storage
- To communicate with you about your account or service updates
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, and file storage
- RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management
- Google Play / Apple App Store — Payment processing
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Children's Privacy
Acival Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
