Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the most convenient to access Boone, NC. It is about a two hour trip to the campus from the airport. 

The Hickory Hop can be booked for transport between Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Boone. The shuttle can drop off and pick up attendees at the Rhodes Motor Lodge for airport trips. 

You may use AppalCart for any transportation needs in Boone.Appalcart is free and has routes between campus and the Rhodes Motor Lodge. The best routes are the Express, Pink, and Purple. Click the link above for more information. 

Shuttles will run twice each morning before sessions begin between the Rhodes and campus. They will also run after concluding events from campus to the Rhodes. For those bringing cars, campus parking passes will be provided.
