These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ACHMAN For GuruJi mobile application, owned and operated by ACHMAN RITUALS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these terms.

Independent Pandits/Gurujis providing such services
ACHMAN does not itself perform any religious service.

Login is based on mobile number OTP
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
False, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to account suspension
5. Pandits / Gurujis Responsibilities

Must submit valid identity documents and certificates
Must provide services professionally and on time
ACHMAN may charge a commission for platform usage
Any misconduct may result in removal from the platform

All payments are processed via Razorpay
Payment modes: UPI, cards, wallets
ACHMAN does not store payment credentials
Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment

Users agree not to:
Misuse the platform
Harass Pandits or customers
Upload illegal or offensive content
Attempt fraud or misuse payments

ACHMAN shall not be liable for:
Quality or outcome of religious services
Disputes between users and Pandits
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
Restrict access without prior notice if required

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
