Terms & Conditions

Payment : All payment shall be made on payable to " Achieve Real Estate Limited " .

Schedule of Payment : Installment of payment to be made on schedule date . Any delay of payment for one month there will be penalty . The penalty @ 9 % of monthly basis due amount . If the payment delayed beyond two months , then the company shall have the right to cancel the allotment without serving prior notice . In such event , the amount paid by the buyer will be refunded after deducting @ 15 % of paid amount .
