- AI Requests: When you make a request to use AI for the 'Ask AI' or 'AI Test' feature, your data is sent to Google for use with the Gemini AI platform. By using these features, you agree that your flashcards or request may be sent to Google and flashcard data may be collected.

2. Use of Data

- On-Device Data: Your on-device data remains private and is not accessible by us. We do not collect, use, or share this data.

- AI Requests: When you use the 'Ask AI' or 'AI Test' features, we send either the request or your flashcards to Google to generate responses and assessments. This data may be processed by AI tools that provide you with the requested information.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- Third-Party Providers: We may engage third-party service providers, such as Google's Gemini, to assist in providing certain features or services within the app, such as AI-based functionalities. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and will only use your information as necessary to provide their services.

4. Data Security

- No Data Collection: We do not collect data of any sort.

5. User Controls

- Account Settings: Users can access and modify their account settings within the app, including completely deleting their data.

- Opting Out: If you do not wish to use the 'Ask AI' or 'AI Test' features, you can opt out by not using these features within the app, and/or by hiding 'Ask AI...' within the app's settings.
