How do I reset my password?
If you're having trouble logging in, use the “Forgot Password” option in the app. You'll receive an email with instructions.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.
Go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions to cancel or manage your subscription.
The app is crashing — what should I do?
Please make sure:
You're using the latest version of the app
Your device has the latest iOS software updates installed
If the issue persists, email us at support@achieveai.org with:
A description of the issue
Your device model
Any steps that led to the crash
How do I request deletion of my data or account?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app.
Go to the bottom of the Settings screen and select "Delete Account."
