Deal: $140 (save $10)
Case: Pays for More Than 1 Basic Repair
Deal: 5% off (can save up to $15)
Price Ranges:
The price ranges are a rough estimate
I will be honest with what I think the price should be for each thing (would likely be within range, nothing extra forced)
Travel Fee / Policy:
Customers within: El Cajon (92019, 92020, 92021, 92022), La Mesa (91941, 91942), Lemon Grove (91945), Lakeside (92040), Santee (92071), Spring Valley (91977), Alpine (91901), Jamul / Crest (91917, 91935, 91978) pay no trave fee (no matter what)
Travel fee may apply for areas beyond ~15 miles or ~20 minutes (approximate guess, doesn't mean no fee if within that)
The travel fee is $15 if you are out of this zone (compensation if nearby may be given)
Types of Payment:
A 10% processing fee will be applied to total when using Venmo
A 5% processing fee will be applied to total if transferring to me via Apple Pay
No fee if paying with cash (easiest method)
Other Prices:
There may be something extra strange or hard to fix that may cost more than the original price range
This will always be talked through, and it won't be that much more
Talking With Client:
I will always talk to the client and give a rough estimate (or possibly an exact amount)
I will not add any hidden fees or price something higher than it should be
I will always ask if you want me to, for example, do a cleaning if it's really dirty before doing anything that would bring up the price
It's easier if the client is there or I can contact them easily so I can ask about additional things
Parameters / price limits (without fees) can be set before hand and is very flexible if necessary
Combos:
These will never change, and will always be an exact price for that set of services (not including fees for payment method)
You can do a combo and then ask for another add-on (can either change to new deal or add as extra if not applicable)
These deals will be applied to the total before the price fees (travel fee is part of total before price fees)
You may use multiple combos of different type (e.g. can do both a percentage discount and an amount off in same payment)
Pitch Raise Range:
This is an estimated price range and depends on how far out of tune your piano is
This will never be above $60 (will stay within the range)
Basic Repairs Range:
This price add-on could be more significant if there is a reoccurring problem or multiple different problems (e.g. many hammer hinges are tight and a hammer is cracked)
Keep in mind that I mainly tune pianos, and while I do fix them, I may not fully fix a piano if it's too difficult (unlikely though)
Relying on Me:
I am not perfect, but I may be willing to come back for free to fix something that I didn't do well enough
