Agency for Community Empowerment against Poverty (ACEP)
ACEP its person of concern led organization founded by group of women and men from the IDPs and Refugees in January 2022 in South Sudan. The organization aims to reduce Gender discriminations, improve social development of vulnerable and less developed persons, prevention of GBV among the IDPs, returnees and Host Communities through awareness raisings, and Child protection. ACEP also promote peaceful co-existence among the IDPs, Refugees and Host Communities through conducting peace events, peace caravan, empowerment of POCs Communities through livelihood skills, WASH promotion in the Camps, Conflict Management among the POCs with Host communities as well as protection in Juba, and Mayom County.

ACEP envisions a "poverty-free, empowerment of the Communities in the IDP Camps and Refugees Camp, and support vulnerable people affected by crises to attain dignified and prosperous lives through impactful community resilience and practical, innovative programs.

ACEP Mission is to ““work for the development & empowerment of socio-economically disadvantaged & vulnerable persons in the IDPs Camp and assist them in addressing their poverty-linked issues to lives a dignified and prosperous life and possessing the capacity to influence decision that affect their lives.
ACEP Commemorated the 16th Days of Activism on 9th Dec 2023 in Mangateen IDP Camp. The commemoration was done by five Partners operating in Mangateen IDP Camp.
