The Who, What, When, Where and How of NESO-40
What is NESO-40?
NESO-40 is a 40 hour New Employee Safety Orientation for all Ace Electric employees. During NESO-40, participants will be introduced to Ace Electric's Safety Culture with a robust curriculum delivered by skilled instructors with a passion to to teach safety the right way. Upon completion of NESO-40, employees will receive certifications in CPR, LOTO, NFPA 70E, MEWP and much more. A detailed list of training courses can be found by clicking on the "Schedule" tab.

Why? Because Safety at Ace Electric is our #1 PRIORITY. By implementing NESO-40, Ace demonstrates our commitment to devote time and resources into training programs to keep employees and others around us safe - all while elevating the professionalism of our team. One untrained employee, one mistake, one second can change someone’s life forever. NESO-40 shows Ace’s dedication to ensuring no newly hired employees step onto Ace’s job sites without the proper training to perform work safely. NESO-40 builds the foundation of Ace’s Safety Culture from day one.
Who will attend NESO-40?
All employees hired after November 6, 2023 will attend NESO-40.
Office Personnel will attend Day 1 only
Field Personnel will attend Days 1-5
Note: Employees who have an OSHA 10/30 card that was received within the last four years are exempt from Days 4-5.
Where will NESO-40 Training take place?
NESO-40 will be taught in Valdosta Georgia at the Ace University Training and Career Center.
