An Architectural and Engineering Design Services project of a 2-Storey Residential Building. 

This house has a 2 meters wide set back around the perimeter. with enough space for parking, with mini garden, service area with l shaped counter for wide enough for dirty kitchen or laundry. the main entrance of the house has large area for a front foyer which can be used as morning coffee or for quick visitor's.

As we enter the house we will see a wide space for living room which is separated form the dining and kitchen area with access to stairs going to second floor. it has small Powder room to make a room for the living room's space.

Open Space for dining Area and Kitchen with U-Shaped Counter and an access to back yard that has a veranda for a with nature view that makes the End user to relax.

On second Floor, It has big bedrooms that can accommodate 1 queen size bed at every rooms. Masters Bedroom with large balcony that has Road View.
